The house moving process usually goes through the same elements: preparation, sale, pre-move and move. Each of these stages takes varying lengths of time. We ensure that each stage is no longer than necessary by continually driving everything forward. We do this by understanding you and your agenda; making sure everything is completed promptly; communicate effectively with all involved and ensure that you are ready for the next stage.
We will make sure your house is ready for market and your photos really do show off your house to its best. This is the time to declutter and something we can work together to achieve. We will help choose the companies you use by thoroughly researching each of them to make a shortlist of recommendations for you to then make your decision.
We can help sort and compile all the paperwork you need and fill in those onerous solicitor’s forms. We will then maintain communication throughout the process ensuring there is no undue delay.
We will set up your new utilities and services, change address and set up the postal service mail forwarding facility. Find and register GPs, dentists, vets and the very best schools in the area. Please view our packages to see exactly what we cover.
Come moving day we will be there for you, to oversee, clean and organise. Close your old utilities by updating your providers with metre readings. Most importantly we will make sure you are ready for your first night; especially making sure your children’s rooms are ready for their bedtime so they are settled. We will be there for you the following days to make sure everything else is unpacked.

There is no set time period buying and selling a house can take. On average once you have a buyer for your property, the process takes around 4 months. This is dependent on many factors as usually there are many other agencies and buyers within the process and differing legal practises needed dependent on the type of property being bought and sold. With our help though we will ensure that it will not take any longer than absolutely necessary.
During the pre-move stage we get the plans for your new house and see where you would like everything to go. We will draw up the plans to include your furniture so on the day of the move we know exactly where to direct the removal company. We will discuss where you would like all your other belongings and we will ensure everything is put away.
No. The price will remain the same. Typically, the house moving process is one that follows the same procedure for everyone. Each family or individual will have different needs and the journey of finding that perfect home will be slightly different for everyone. To meet those varying needs, we offer different packages. We will be there for you from the moment you decide to move through to being settled in that new dream home.
